With operations and manufacturing sites across Australia, the business supports a diverse range of agricultural sectors and continues to invest in its manufacturing capability through a significant portfolio of engineering and capital projects.The RoleReporting to the Head of Capital Projects, this role will support the coordination, monitoring and reporting of capital projects across multiple business units and sites.Working across a broad portfolio of engineering projects, your key responsibilities will include:Maintain master project schedules and monitor key milestones and deliverablesAssist with the development of project plans, schedules, scopes and documentationMaintain engineering drawings, technical documents, standards and specificationsMonitor project progress and provide updates to internal and external stakeholdersLiaise with project managers, engineering consultants, contractors and suppliersVisit project sites as required to support the delivery of the capital project portfolioYour BackgroundYou are a technically minded and highly organised Project Coordinator who enjoys working across multiple engineering projects and stakeholders.
