Apply & track with Apply EdgeAs Project Coordinator, you will facilitate the execution of contract management during the project execution stage and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Project Management Team, Owner's Engineer, Contractors, Service Providers, and Equipment Suppliers to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Facilitate the contractual interests protection of the project while maintaining a sustainable commercial relationship with the EPC Contractor.Coordinate with the Project Contracts and Compliance Manager to prepare Contractual Letters, coordinate with CCCM and Legal Teams, process change orders and claims approvals, endorse project site procurements, and secure transaction authorizations.Implement the established commercial structure of projects by guiding the Project Management Team in contract execution, escalating critical issues, recommending update improvements, and closing contracts.Monitor project compliance with permitting provisions and regulatory requirements to prevent potential work suspensions or delays.Facilitate risk management, issue management, and lessons learned for the project, ensuring periodic reviews as stated in the Project Management Plan.To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:Demonstrates strong contract analysis capabilities to understand obligations, manage stakeholder requests, and resolve disputes effectively.Exhibits an investigative mindset with articulate, factual, and professional verbal and written communication skills.Proactively anticipates, mitigates, and navigates project risks by identifying root causes and implementing treatment plans.Fosters a collaborative and psychologically safe environment by practicing courageous authenticity, mutual trust, and supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.What You Will Need:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Law, or a related field.2 years of relevant experience as a Contract/Commercial Engineer.1 year of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.Knowledge and application of Contracts Management on Complex Projects or Utility Scale Generation Plant Construction.Technical / Functional Skills:Proficiency in FIDIC Contracts (Silver, Red, and Yellow Books).Strong skills in project risk management, project integration capacity, cost management, and project communication management.Ability to implement commercial structures, track contractual commitments, and manage project documentation integrity.Our Culture & Commitment to You: Powering Your FutureAt AboitizPower, we honor you not just as a professional, but as a person.
