Project Coordinator

Infinix Innovations is looking for a proactive and well-organized Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of technology-driven projects for events, exhibitions, and permanent installations.The ideal candidate should have experience in project coordination, preferably within the events, exhibitions, AV, or technical production industry, and be comfortable working with multiple teams, suppliers, and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily project activities between internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects from initiation to completion.Track project timelines, deliverables, and pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met.Coordinate with engineering, design, fabrication, and technical teams to monitor project progress.Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, progress reports, and task trackers.Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, logistics, and site requirements.Follow up with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Support site installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Identify potential delays or coordination issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in events, exhibitions, AV integration, or technical production.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management tools.Basic understanding of technical drawings, project schedules, and installation processes.Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.Good command of written and spoken English.Willing to travel frequentlyWillingness to work on-site and flexible hours when required during project execution.UAE driving license is an advantage.Candidates with experience in event technology, AV systems, interactive installations, or exhibition production will be given preference.Interested candidates please send your applications to careers@infinix.me
