The Decommissioning Campaign 1 Project involves the preparation, removal, load-in, and demolition of 13 offshore platforms. The project also includes significant marine logistics activities and infrastructure upgrades to support the delivery of an ORC at BBMT.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and enjoys supporting multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Administration & CoordinationCoordinate day-to-day project activities, meetings, workshops, and schedules.Support audits and project reviews, including maintaining action registers and tracking follow-up activities.Assist with project governance processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.Coordinate communication between project teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and contractor documentation.Maintain records of contracts, work orders, and procurement documentation.Reporting & Document ControlAssist in the preparation of weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards, and status updates.Monitor project deliverables and track progress against project plans.Support risk, issue, and change management processes.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.Maintain project documentation, templates, SharePoint sites, and filing systems.Coordinate document review and approval workflows.Executive & Administrative SupportManage calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics for key project personnel.Coordinate onboarding requirements for project personnel and contractors.Support mobilisation and resource coordination activities.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience in project coordination, project administration, executive assistance, or a similar role.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.Previous experience supporting engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure, mining, or industrial projects will be highly regarded.How To ApplyIf you are interested in this opportunity and meet the above criteria, please submit your updated CV to susan.lee@airswift.com.Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) will be considered for this role.
