Al Subaiha Furniture is a leading furniture manufacturing company based in Sharjah. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the production team to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success. ResponsibilitiesMonitor the daily progress of all ongoing projects and prepare accurate project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.Provide timely and detailed updates to project managers, the sales team, and relevant departments.Ensure project teams have the required materials, tools, and resources to complete tasks on schedule and within budget.Assist with resource planning and scheduling to maintain smooth workflow across production stages.Supervise active projects and coordinate all team members to ensure tasks are completed according to timelines and quality standards.Manage project-related documentation, ensuring all drawings, approvals, materials lists, and records are updated, properly filed, and easily accessible.Inspect furniture items and project components at each stage of production to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with client specifications.Communicate with internal teams and support project managers in resolving issues, delays, or technical challenges.Apply engineering knowledge to review finishes, materials, and technical details related to furniture production.Support coordination with clients when required, ensuring clarity on project timelines, specifications, and delivery schedules.RequirementsEngineering background with strong technical understanding of furniture manufacturing processes.Knowledge of furniture finishes, materials, and production stages.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within furniture manufacturing or a similar production environment.Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Detail‑oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and multi-taskExpertise in Microsoft Office Suite
