About the roleWe're building a longitudinal, outcomes-driven model across Novomed's service lines, and we need someone on the ground to make sure what we build reflects how the clinics actually run. This is a field-facing role: you'll spend your time inside the clinics — shadowing consultations, mapping how patients and staff move through their day, and gathering the real requirements that desk research can't surface. You'll be the eyes and ears of the transformation effort and the day-to-day engine behind our physician pilot. If you like being in the room, talking to clinical staff, and turning messy real-world observations into clean, usable documentation, this is for you.Key Responsibilities:Gather requirements on the ground. Shadow consultations, observe front-desk and patient flows, and interview physicians, coordinators, and support staff to document how each service line actually operates today.Map current-state workflows. Produce clear, accurate write-ups of existing processes — where patients enter, what gets captured, where handoffs and drop-offs happen.Run the physician pilot on-site. Coordinate project launches/ pilots with our volunteer doctors: keep them engaged, make sure the process is followed, and capture the weekly conversion metric consistently and on time.Own the data collection. Coordinate with relevant data teams to pull operational data we need, to effectively close projects.Close the feedback loop. Run usability checks of our tools in the consult room, collect physician and staff feedback, and relay it back clearly so we can iterate quickly.Be the clinic liaison. Act as the reliable day-to-day point of contact between the clinics and the transformation team, chasing follow-ups and unblocking small things before they become big ones.Requirements :Based in the UAE and able to travel to Dubai officesExperience in a healthcare or clinic environment, clinical admin, front-of-house, coordination, or operations.Strong observation and documentation skills: you notice detail and can write it up so others understand it.Comfortable and credible talking with physicians and clinical staff.Highly organized and self-directed - you can run with things independently and manage your own follow-ups with light supervision.Sound judgment with patient information, and an understanding that health data must be handled carefully and confidentially (familiarity with NABIDH, Malaffi, or UAE PDPL a plus).Preferrable :Familiarity with EMR systems (Mediware especially).Exposure to longevity, aesthetics, or multi-specialty clinic settings.Fluency in Arabic and English.
