Job Description – Project Coordinator (HVAC – VRF / DX / FAHU Installation)Job location: Ajman, UAESalary: 6000 AED - 7000 AEDKey Responsibilities:Coordinate daily installation activities for VRF/DX IDUs, ODUs and FAHUs.Coordinate copper refrigerant piping, insulation, supports, cable trays, control cabling and associated works.Prepare and track daily/weekly work plans, manpower deployment and progress against project targets.Coordinate availability of work fronts, approved drawings, materials, tools and access before deployment of teams.Maintain tracking of unit-wise/area-wise installation status and highlight delays or constraints.Coordinate with civil, electrical, BMS, ducting and other MEP teams to resolve interface issues.Follow up on MIRs, WIRs, inspections, approvals and closure of comments with the site/QA-QC team.Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability of copper pipes, fittings, insulation, supports, refrigerant and consumables.Assist with coordination of nitrogen pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging and testing & commissioning activities.Maintain records of site instructions, variations, additional works and completed quantities.Attend coordination meetings and prepare/update progress reports, look-ahead plans and action trackers.Ensure installation teams follow approved drawings, method statements, quality requirements and HSE procedures.Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 3–5 years of HVAC/MEP project coordination experience, preferably involving VRF/DX systems. Strong Excel, reporting, drawing-reading and site coordination skills are required. Experience on data centre or fast-track MEP projects will be an advantage.
