This role supports the planning and delivery of construction and fit-out projects, coordinating schedules, resources, and documentation to ensure milestones are met. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with project planning, tracking progress and procurement, attending meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records and site documentation. The role involves liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify requirements, manage updates, and help resolve issues promptly. The Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager also supports quality checks, compliance with safety standards, and smooth handover of completed projects.QualificationsExperience or education in project coordination, construction management, or a related field, with strong organizational and planning skills.Ability to manage timelines, track tasks, and handle multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.High attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Proficiency with common project management and office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, project tracking tools).Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying risks and supporting issue resolution.Understanding of commercial construction or fit-out processes; experience in hospitality, retail, or office projects is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Sunbury, VIC, with a commitment to reliability, integrity, and collaborative teamwork.
