Project Coordinator (Lean Six Sigma/Process Improvement)

Our client is seeking a highly organized and process-driven Project Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic and operational projects across the business.In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Fulfillment and cross-functional teams - including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Client Experience and Finance - to coordinate initiatives, track deliverables and support continuous-improvement projects.Key responsibilities:Coordinating project plans, timelines, action trackers, risks and dependenciesSupporting Lean Six Sigma and process-improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencyCollecting and analyzing operational data for KPI dashboards, project reports and management updatesPreparing professional PowerPoint presentations, reports and meeting materialsMaintaining SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation and project recordsOrganizing meetings, documenting minutes and following up on agreed action itemsLiaising with stakeholders to identify issues and help drive timely resolutionSupporting automation and operational-improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field1-3 years’ experience in project coordination, PMO, business operations, process improvement or continuous improvementLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or proven Lean Six Sigma project exposureAdvanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, dashboards and data analysisStrong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentationsExposure to Power BI, Visio, project-management tools, SOP development or process mapping is advantageousExcellent coordination, stakeholder-management, analytical and communication skillsFluency in English; Arabic is an advantageIf you are detail-oriented, proactive and enjoy bringing structure to cross-functional projects, we would love to hear from you.
