Apply & track with Apply EdgeProject Coordinator - Luxury Furniture (FF&E & Hospitality Projects) (Immediate Joiners)Wood Couture is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of bespoke furniture, artwork, and decorative accessories for luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects.In this role, you will coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, logistics, suppliers, and project teams to ensure technical accuracy, smooth execution, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Review technical drawings, material specifications, and design documentation.Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues.Track technical deliverables, project progress, and key milestones.Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and potential quality concerns.Conduct inspections of prototypes, production samples, and installations.Maintain project documentation and provide technical updates to internal teams, clients, and suppliers.Support process improvements to reduce rework, errors, and delays.What We’re Looking For:2-4 years of experience in technical project coordination within FF&E, furniture manufacturing, joinery, interior, or hospitality projects.Strong knowledge of technical drawings, shop drawings, materials, and finishes.Hands-on experience with CAD software and project-management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Primavera.Strong coordination, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Relevant qualification in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
