This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project delivery, operations, and production management within a hands-on construction environment.Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role coordinating internal teams, tracking project progress, managing documentation and helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.Your new roleReporting to the Project Manager and Production & Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:Coordinating project documentation, drawings, RFIs and fabrication packages.Assisting with planning, scheduling and tracking project milestones.Supporting the preparation and release of workshop and production packages.Monitoring project progress and communicating updates to key stakeholders.Working closely with drafting, workshop and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Assisting with procurement and supplier coordination for project materials.Supporting contract administration and variation documentation.Participating in project review meetings and tracking action items.Identifying opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimisation.What you'll need to succeedA qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Drafting or a related discipline.Previous experience in project coordination, construction, fabrication, engineering or a similar environment.The ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.Strong organisational and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.Experience using Microsoft Office and project management systems.Exposure to platforms such as Aconex, Procore or similar will be advantageous.What you'll get in returnLong-term career development and progression opportunities.Exposure across design, fabrication, construction and project delivery.Direct mentoring from experienced industry professionals.Opportunity to develop into a broader operations or production management pathway.Supportive team environment within a growing South Australian business.
