The firm’s mission in Singapore is to create inspiring spaces that reflect clients’ identity, needs, and ambitions.Role Description The Interior Design Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position supports interior design projects from initial concept through completion, coordinating timelines, resources, and communication between designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with space planning documentation, tracking project progress, preparing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records of deliverables and approvals. The role involves overseeing site activities, monitoring quality and adherence to design specifications, and promptly addressing project issues or changes. The Project Coordinator also helps with material and furniture sourcing, prepares presentation materials, and ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.QualificationsStrong project coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up across multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in project management practices to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables for interior design projects.Effective communication skills for clear, professional interaction with clients, internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.Foundational interior design knowledge, including space planning, materials, and finishes; familiarity with design workflows.Basic understanding of architecture, construction processes, and site coordination in commercial and residential environments.Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to changing priorities.Experience with design and project tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, project tracking software) is an advantage.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused outcomes.
