Project Coordinator Social Sector (NGO)Experience: 4-5 yrsLocation: Mumbai, MaharashtraAbout the RoleThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely implementation, and supporting the achievement of project objectives. The role requires close coordination with field teams, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution, documentation, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor day-to-day project implementation as per project plans and timelinesSupport planning, scheduling, and execution of project activitiesCoordinate with field teams, partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth implementationConduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and provide implementation supportTrack project milestones, deliverables, and timelinesMaintain project documentation, reports, MIS, attendance records, and supporting documentsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reportsCoordinate meetings, training programs, workshops, and community engagement activitiesIdentify implementation challenges and coordinate timely resolution with the reporting managerEnsure compliance with organizational processes and project guidelinesSupport donor reporting, presentations, and project documentation as requiredPerform any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting managerQualification and ExperienceGraduate or Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project implementationExperience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and field teamsExperience in documentation, reporting, and MIS managementRequired SkillsStrong project coordination and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsGood documentation and report-writing skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsWillingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby project locations
