Project Coordinator - Technology & Site Installations

Are you the person who keeps a project moving because you will not let an action sit open?A fast growing AI powered smart mobility company based in Dubai has gone from a handful of pilot sites to hundreds of live locations across the UAE in under two years, backed by major real estate and infrastructure partnerships. Delivery runs across seven or eight departments, and the gaps between them are where projects slow down. This role exists to close those gaps.What's in it for you?Salary of AED 10,000 to 12,000 per monthMedical insurance and visa covered for you and your familyVisibility across the whole business rather than sitting inside one departmentNo engineering degree needed, this is coordination and follow upA business scaling fast, where getting a site live on time is felt commercially|What will you be doing?Coordinating day to day activity across assigned projects and keeping everyone alignedMaintaining schedules, action trackers, milestones and deliverablesWorking between clients, contractors, suppliers, authorities and internal teamsFollowing up on procurement, equipment delivery, site readiness, installation, testing and commissioningSpotting delays and risks early and escalating them before they become problemsPreparing status reports and meeting minutes, and making sure actions actually closeWhat do you need?4 to 6 years of project coordination experience, this is not a graduate roleA degree in business administration, project management, operations or logisticsExperience coordinating teams across different platforms and systemsA strong, assertive follow up style. You need to chase people persistently without putting their backs upStrong Excel, plus ClickUp or a similar project management toolGood written and spoken EnglishUAE project experience and a driving licence are a bonusDon't worry if your CV isn't up to date.
