This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in project coordination within the wet utilities sector, working on innovative infrastructure projects that serve the community. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of water supply, sewage, and drainage system projects whilst supporting senior engineers and project managers. Coordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of wet utilities infrastructure projectsLiaise between senior engineers, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project progressionPrepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, feasibility studies, proposals, and design specificationsAssist in the organisation and coordination of site visits, inspections, and field data collection activities related to water supply networks, sewage treatment facilities, and drainage infrastructureSupport the preparation of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation using AutoCAD and related design softwareMaintain accurate and organised project records, databases, and filing systems in accordance with organisational procedures and UAE regulationsCoordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure accountability and project continuityMonitor project budgets, resource allocation, and expenditure to support effective project financial managementEnsure compliance with UAE water regulations, industry standards, and local engineering codes throughout project executionSupport the development and implementation of project methodologies and process improvementsCollaborate with team members on solutions to project challenges and contribute to continuous operational excellence Qualifications Must be an Emirati national with a valid Family BookBachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent qualificationFor engineering graduates: Strong academic foundation in wet utilities systems, hydraulics, hydrology, and engineering principlesFor business graduates: Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and infrastructure project coordination principlesProficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent computer-aided design (CAD) software (desirable for business graduates)Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detailOutstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProficient communication skills in both written and spoken EnglishDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within team environments and contribute constructivelyFamiliarity with site investigation, survey methodologies, and field data collection techniquesUnderstanding of project management fundamentals and basic construction methodologiesHealth and Safety awareness in construction and engineering environmentsKnowledge of UAE water regulations, standards, and local engineering codesPractical experience through internships or academic projects in wet utilities project coordination (desirable)Familiarity with UAE infrastructure development standards and local compliance requirements (desirable)
