Program/Project Coordinator – Academic Partnerships (Healthcare)1-year contract | Hybrid – Sacramento (2 days/week onsite) with occasional travel to FairfieldOverviewSupport execution of workforce development and academic partnership programs within a healthcare system. This is a hands-on coordination role — managing logistics, data, and timelines for student training and clinical placement initiatives — rather than a strategy-setting position. Fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.ResponsibilitiesTrack program metrics and maintain accurate documentation/recordsPrepare reports and program materialsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external academic partnersSupport project timelines across concurrent initiativesEnsure compliance and documentation accuracySupport stakeholder alignment and communication across teamsRequired Qualifications2+ years in program coordination, project coordination, or project managementExperience with project management processes, timelines, and cross-functional coordinationExperience supporting program operations, reporting, and stakeholder communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data tracking/reporting toolsExperience working with both internal teams and external partners (e.g., academic institutions)Experience with data entry, auditing, and maintaining program recordsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with academic partnerships, workforce development, or healthcare education programsExposure to project management tools, dashboards, or reporting systemsExperience with healthcare platforms such as EPIC or similarExperience with grant-related tracking, reporting, or documentationBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related fieldExperience creating program materials, presentations, or training documentationLocation/ScheduleSacramento, CA — 2 days/week onsite, with some meetings in Fairfield1-year contract
