Join us and be a part of our mission to drive sustainability through technology and talent at Tata Consultancy Services, APAC today.Job Description:• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project/Excel, outlining tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.• Track and update task status in Jira, ensuring all migration activities are accurately logged and progress is visible to relevant teams.• Engage with stakeholders regularly to confirm requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure all parties are informed of project developments.• Work closely with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to coordinate and support the technical execution of application migrations.• Provide timely and clear updates to stakeholders, including formal reports and ad hoc communications, to keep all parties aligned on progress and risks.• Identify, manage, and escalate project issues or risks promptly to ensure swift resolution and minimise impact on migration timelines.• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, ideally within infrastructure or datacentre environments.• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project for project planning and scheduling.• Hands-on experience with Jira for task management and status tracking.• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to tailor information to technical and non-technical audiences.• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.• Sound problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to escalation and risk management.• Previous involvement in datacentre migration projects or similar IT infrastructure transitions.• Background working with cross-functional technical teams in complex environments.• Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and hybrid infrastructure models is advantageous.Top Reasons to Join Our Team at TCS AustraliaAttractive compensation & rewardsWe offer a highly competitive salary package aligned with the Australian market, complemented by performance-based incentives, recognition programs, and comprehensive employee benefits.
