Project Delivery Director - InfrastructureSemi Government, Real Estate Developer, Abu DhabiWe are seeking an experienced Project Director - Infrastructure to lead the planning, design, procurement, and delivery of major infrastructure packages across master planned communities, mixed-use developments, and strategic urban projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including roads, highways, utilities, drainage, public realm, and transportation networks.Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Oversee project budgets, schedules, risk management, procurement strategies, and contract administration.Drive design coordination, value engineering initiatives, and compliance with local authority requirements.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Provide strategic leadership and governance across multiple concurrent infrastructure programs.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).15+ years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, with significant exposure to large-scale developments.Proven track record managing major infrastructure packages for developers, government entities, or leading consultancies.Strong experience in roads, utilities, transportation infrastructure, and master planned communities.Expertise in project governance, commercial management, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.Current or Prior UAE experience is a must.Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, or equivalent are advantageous.
