We are organized into expert knowledge units that collaborate closely with one another.That is why we are looking for curious and driven people who are motivated by challenges and eager to grow both personally and professionally, and who want to join our team to make a positive impact on the world through technology.ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?As a Project Delivery Manager, you will join our Delivery team in Saudi Arabia, leading one or more client projects and supporting our customers throughout the implementation of SAP solutions.You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are planned, executed and delivered successfully, meeting the agreed business strategy and objectives in terms of scope, budget, timelines and quality.You will work closely with clients, technical teams and consultants, while leading and motivating a team of Implementation Consultants to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality solutions.You will also act as a trusted advisor to the client, helping them address key business challenges and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Location: Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaWHAT WILL YOU DO?Your main responsibilities will include:Lead, control and manage the implementation of ERP solutions, from data migration and system blueprinting through design, end-user training and Go-Live.Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.Maintain regular progress updates for active projects and monitor delivery against the agreed schedule.Work closely with technical teams and consultants to ensure high-quality project deliverables.Lead the delivery team, fostering professional behaviours and motivating team members to achieve high levels of performance.Ensure team members have the appropriate resources and conditions to perform successfully.Act as a knowledge expert and trusted advisor to the client.Travel to customer sites for on-site discovery, training and Go-Live activities.Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates to management and the project team.Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.Proactively identify project issues, risks and potential deviations, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.Prioritize, assign, monitor and close issues, managing escalations in line with project governance.Ensure agreed client satisfaction targets are achieved.Conduct internal technical and functional training sessions.Support pre-sales activities, including the preparation of client demonstrations.Maintain updated sales order information in internal systems for forecasting purposes.Monitor team attendance and ensure timesheets are accurately recorded in ERM.Comply with company policies, procedures and solution delivery methodologies.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to make our delivery approach better and more effective.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in a relevant field.8+ years of experience successfully managing complex business systems projects.Experience in SAP/ERP implementations and project delivery.Ability to act as both a Business Change Manager and Project Manager.Strong people management and leadership skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment and decision-making capabilities.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Experience addressing and resolving key business issues.Strong commercial and business focus.Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism when working with senior management and users.High levels of energy, enthusiasm and drive, with a strong focus on getting things done.A team player who can motivate others and create a positive and collaborative working environment.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.English and Arabic are required.Willingness and availability to travel to customer sites when required.WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?An international environment, working with clients and teams across different countries. 🌍The opportunity to participate in challenging SAP and technology transformation projects.A collaborative and diverse team where people support and learn from one another.Continuous learning and professional development.Opportunities to grow your career in an international technology company.An environment that encourages initiative, autonomy and innovation.The opportunity to work on projects where technology creates a real impact for our clients.A dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and making things better.The opportunity to be part of a global technology company with a presence in 45 countries.JOIN US!Join our team and help us humanize the world through technology!
