Project Design Coordinator

Snapivite is India's wedding design house, based in Jaipur. We design the entire visual identity of a wedding under one cohesive language — from the animated e-invite that lands on a guest's phone to the sweet box guests take home. Most of our work comes through India's top wedding planners.We're hiring a Design Project Coordinator to keep our design projects on time, on brief, and organized across both Snapivite and our packaging vertical, Aanandam Pack Studio.WHAT YOU'LL OWNYou're not a designer, not a pure project manager — you're the person who ensures the design team can focus on design while nothing else falls through the cracks.- Project tracking — status of every active project, at every stage- Client communication for updates, revision requests, and delivery timelines- Coordinating between design team and production team on file handoffs- Building client-facing presentations and status decks- Managing our design project management tool (or setting one up)- Weekly status reviews with the Design Lead- Ensuring no client is ghosted and no deadline is missedWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 1-3 years of experience in a design agency, studio, or design-adjacent coordinator role- Working knowledge of design tools — Canva-level minimum, ideally with basic Adobe familiarity- Strong design sense — you can look at work and say "this feels off" with reasons- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Comfortable building client-facing presentations- Excellent English communication- Comfort with AI tools for productivity (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)BONUS POINTS- Prior experience in wedding, luxury, print, or packaging industries- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana- Understanding of print production workflowTHE DETAILSLocation: Jaipur (on-site)- Reports to: Design Lead- Type: Full-timeSnapivite.
