GRS is seeking a Project Development Manager, who will be responsible for managing a team based in Dallas in charge of executing the existing pipeline of +2GW of solar, BESS, and hybrid projects across the USA. Coordinates project origination from land search to permitting and interconnection applications, while reviewing and monitoring acquisition and divestment strategies in close coordination with Headquarters and other Gransolar Group divisions.Requirements & QualificationsDegree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar. Master in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or similar (highly valued).8 - 10+ years of experience developing photovoltaic, BESS, and hybrid projects in the USA and managing multidisciplinary work teams.Proven track record in project origination, land search, permitting, grid interconnection (ERCOT, SPP, MISO), and project sales/acquisitions (M&A).Microsoft Office: Advanced (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)MS Project: IntermediatePVGIS / PVSyst: Basic / Working knowledgeDeep knowledge of US energy markets and regulatory frameworks (ERCOT, SPP, MISO).Demonstrable network of contacts in the US renewable energy sector.Strong economic-financial knowledge, project valuation, and Project Finance.Direct experience in project acquisition and divestment transactions.

Location: Ability to work full-time out of the GRS office in the Dallas area (Irving, TX).Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of 5 direct reports (Project Developers, Project Engineers, Interconnection Manager, Office Assistant) responsible for project execution and portfolio milestone delivery.Oversee and drive the development of the existing pipeline of +2GW of solar, BESS, and hybrid projects across key US regional markets, primarily ERCOT, SPP, and MISO.Coordinate search for new development opportunities and greenfield project origination, covering full lifecycle from land search and site control to environmental studies, permitting, and interconnection applications.Grow the company's portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects under development nationally.Review, monitor, and execute project acquisition and divestment strategies in direct coordination with Headquarters and other Gransolar Group divisions.Coordinate Due Diligence processes for the acquisition of third-party projects and asset pipelines.Collaborate directly with the company's M&A and Investments department in sale transactions.Establish strategic alliances and co-development partnerships with energy companies and developers across target markets.Lead complete development of assigned solar, BESS, and hybrid projects until reaching Ready-to-Build (RTB) status.Coordinate internal departments (Engineering, Legal, Regulatory, Tax, Finance, Procurement) involved in project development.Coordinate with Project Managers on competitive bids, power purchase agreement (PPA) tenders, and public/private auctions.Prepare annual budgets (P&L, Capex, development expenditure) and business plans alongside the Project Development & Investment Director.Report monthly to executive management on budget compliance, project development status, and operational variances.Monitor and inform company leadership on regulatory changes, grid interconnection rule updates, and market evolution affecting US activities.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
