Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and stable Project Director to join a leading main contractor in the UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-rise building projects, with responsibility for overseeing multiple construction sites simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion. - Develop project strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with company vision. - Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. - Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. - Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams to optimize performance. - Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Resolve project issues and conflicts effectively to avoid delays. - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Demonstrated success managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE or similar markets. - Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. - Proficient in project management software and tools.
