Project Director

We Are Hiring: Project Director – Infrastructure & EarthworksWe are looking for an experienced and vision-driven Project Director to lead a large-scale Infrastructure & Earthworks project.The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on leadership in managing heavy civil engineering, site preparation, mass excavation, and backfilling operations at a strategic level.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the overall project execution from planning and site preparation to final handover.Direct and monitor large-scale Earthworks operations (Excavation, Mass Filling, Grading, and Compaction).Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams, heavy machinery fleets, sub-contractors, and consultants.Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, quality standards, and HSE regulations.Lead stakeholder management, interface with government authorities, and oversee contractual compliance.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (PMP certification is a strong plus).Experience: Minimum 10–15+ years in civil infrastructure, with proven leadership in major site preparation and earthmoving projects.Strong expertise in soil mechanics, earthwork volume calculations, and heavy equipment management.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and contract management skills.
