Project Director

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major mixed-use development project in Saudi Arabia.🔹 Key Responsibilities·        Provide overall leadership from mobilization through completion and handover.·        Lead large multidisciplinary teams across construction, engineering, HSE, QA/QC, planning, cost control, commercial, procurement, and logistics.·        Manage high-rise and mixed-use construction activities across multiple work fronts.·        Drive project progress, productivity, quality, safety, cost, procurement, and manpower performance.·        Lead coordination with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.·        Manage project logistics, construction interfaces, resources, equipment, and site operations.·        Identify risks, delays, and constraints and implement effective recovery and mitigation plans.·        Maintain strong control over project cost, cash flow, variations, subcontractors, and commercial exposure.·        Drive value engineering and cost-effective, technically compliant construction solutions.·        Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, HSE standards, quality requirements, and Saudi regulations.🔹 Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in civil engineering20+ years of relevant experience in project management, within construction and large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of planning, project controls, cost control, risk management, KPIs, and recovery planning.Previous Saudi Arabia experience with good knowledge of local construction practices and requirements.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
