Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Project Director to lead our organization's strategic initiatives in Giza, Egypt. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to drive results in dynamic environments.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while defining clear scope, objectives, and deliverablesLead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across all stakeholdersMonitor project progress against established metrics and key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as neededManage stakeholder communications and expectations through regular updates, status reports, and executive presentationsIdentify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure successful project completionAllocate resources effectively and optimize project workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize costsEnsure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycleConduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to support professional developmentAnalyze project data and prepare detailed reports for senior management and key stakeholdersManage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to support project deliveryQualifications Minimum 25 years of professional experience in project management and senior leadership roles within the hospitality and hotel sector Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical disciplineFluency in both English and Arabic Extensive expertise in managing large-scale, complex hotel projects from initiation through closure, including new builds, renovations, and operational implementationsExceptional strategic leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse, multi-disciplinary teamsExtensive experience in budget management, financial analysis, and cost control within hospitality projectsStrong risk management and problem-solving capabilities specific to hospitality sector challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiencesDeep understanding of hotel operations, guest experience standards, and hospitality industry best practicesBackground in managing projects within the Egyptian market or Middle Eastern regionTrack record of successful delivery of premium hotel and luxury hospitality developmentsProven experience in change management and vendor management within the hospitality industry
