- 20+ years construction/project management experience
- Proven hotel/hospitality project experience
- Extensive site & construction execution experience
- FIDIC Contracts Certified
- Strong expertise in contracts, claims, variations, EOTs & disputes
- PMC experience is mandatory
- Strong commercial & negotiation skills
- Ability to manage clients, consultants & contractors
