Project Director - Civils Sub Contractor (PORTUGAL)Concrete & Civils Package | Portugal£/€150k Base and circa 40% bonus (£220K) Rotation, Accommodation, Car etc Working with a leading Subcontractor who have expanded to Portugal working on one of the leading projects in the region. The project is £30m Concrete and Civils package on a large scale Industrial project south of Lisbon. Strong pipeline of work in the region and very strong financial incentive for this highlighting its significance to the client.The RoleOverall responsibility for the delivery of a major concrete and civils package on a fast-paced construction programme.Lead the project team, with PMs and Construction Managers responsible for day-to-day site delivery.Act as the senior client-facing lead, managing relationships, reporting and key project decisions.Maintain a helicopter view across programme, commercial performance, risk, quality and delivery.Drive the project against key time and margin targets, with a significant performance-related bonus.Support the continued growth of the project as the scope and workforce expand.RequirementsSenior Project Director / Project Lead experience delivering major concrete, civils or structural packages.Strong subcontractor / specialist contractor background preferred.Proven experience leading large site teams and complex, fast-track programmes.Commercially strong with excellent client-facing and leadership skills.EU passport required.
