Project Director

We are currently seeking a Project Director from one of the leading main contractors in Saudi Arabia who are seeking a new PD due to the award of a large high-rise commercial development in Riyadh.The Project Director will oversee full lifecycle execution, strategic operational control, fast-track supply chain governance, and Tier-1 main contractor performance on mega building developments. The role requires directing multi-disciplinary project teams, driving client and consultant interfaces, maintaining rigorous HSE and QA/QC compliance, and ensuring profitability and timely handover of landmark multi-billion complex developments.Must have experience.Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with a proven track record delivering mega-scale building projects.Extensive Tier-1 main contractor leadership experience managing multi-billion SAR developments.Advanced capability directing large-scale JV operations, full project P&L, fast-track engineering workflows, and complex contractual execution.
