Project Director

JASARA PMC is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Project Director to join our team and take charge of our key construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all objectives are met with the highest level of quality and efficiency.Your responsibilities will include managing project teams, interfacing with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance. The successful candidate will have a robust background in project management, a thorough understanding of the construction industry, and exceptional leadership abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of project development, from initiation through to completionDevelop project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholdersManage budgets, schedules, and ensure effective resource allocationLead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and solve issues as they ariseCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and expectationsMonitor project performance and produce regular reports on status and progressImplement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays and budget overrunsFoster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project teamRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferredA minimum of 18 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale construction projectsStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailExceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teamsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standardsExperience in the Saudi Arabian market is an advantageBenefitsProject benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organizationBe part of a collaborative and supportive team
