Project Director / Development Director – Luxury Real Estate | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are currently engaged in the search for a Project Director / Development Director to oversee the delivery of a prestigious luxury real estate development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Compensation: Up to SAR 65,000 per month Experience Required: 15+ years in relevant senior project or development rolesPosition OverviewThis role carries responsibility for the project lifecycle from concept and design through to construction, completion and handover. The successful candidate will represent the owner/developer's interests, coordinating closely with architects, consultants, contractors and operators to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with design intent, quality standards, commercial objectives and programme.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction across project strategy, programme, budget and quality controlCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams and manage senior stakeholder relationshipsReview design, technical and construction proposals to safeguard project standardsOversee procurement, contractor performance and governance/reporting frameworksLead completion, snagging and handover processesCandidate RequirementsMinimum 15 years of professional experience in luxury real estate, high-end hospitality or premium residential/resort developmentDemonstrated project experience in the Maldives is mandatorySolid understanding of architecture, construction, interiors and luxury finishing standardsExperience operating in an owner, developer or client-representative capacityStrong contractual, commercial and governance knowledgeArchitectural or Engineering qualification preferredSuitable Titles Include: Project Director | Development Director | Development Manager | Senior Project Manager | Director – Projects | Director – Development | Head of ProjectsWe welcome applications from senior professionals with the relevant international project background, particularly those with direct Maldives resort or hospitality development experience.
