Project Director - High Rise

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead high-rise construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project execution from planning to completion, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and timely delivery. This leadership role demands strategic vision, strong operational expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-rise construction projects ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. - Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and schedules to meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. - Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management to optimize efficiency and control costs. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all construction sites. - Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients. - Resolve complex technical and operational issues proactively to minimize risks and delays. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and foster innovation within project teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale high-rise projects in the UAE or similar markets. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, standards, and regulations in the UAE. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire and manage large diverse teams. - Competence in project management software and tools. - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple complex tasks effectively. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
