Project Director — High-Rise Residential PMCLocation: MumbaiExperience: 25+ YearsQualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil EngineeringKey Responsibilities* Lead and oversee overall project execution for large-scale high-rise residential developments.* Monitor project progress, timelines, construction quality and site execution.* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.* Review project progress and address execution challenges and site-level issues.* Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications and project requirements.* Drive effective coordination across multiple stakeholders to achieve project milestones.Requirements* 25+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management.* Strong experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.* Strong site execution and PMC experience.* Hands-on experience with Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering systems.* Strong understanding of construction project execution and project coordination.* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
