🚆 Hiring: Project Director – Railway / Metro InfrastructureWe are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead a major railway/metro infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale EPC projects, project leadership, commercial management, and stakeholder coordination.🔑 Key Responsibilities• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the project.• Manage multiple Project Managers and multidisciplinary project workstreams.• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.• Coordinate with clients, consortium partners, subcontractors, and construction partners.• Oversee risks, claims, change management, contracts, and commercial performance.• Lead project governance, reporting, stakeholder management, and senior-level meetings.🎯 Requirements• Significant experience in the Railway / Metro sector.• Proven experience as a Project Director, Program Director, Project Executive, or similar senior role.• Strong EPC and major infrastructure project delivery experience.• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and multiple Project Managers.• Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience working with civil engineering and construction partners.• Middle East experience is strongly preferred.• Brownfield / metro extension experience is highly desirable.• International consortium experience is an advantage.KLANIK, en tant que société à mission, croit en la force de la diversité et de l’inclusion.
