Project Engineer – AV / ICT / ELV Systems

The team is dedicated to achieving customer goals with strong commitment and continuous focus on improving the customer experience.Position SummaryThe Project Engineer will serve as the primary operational nexus throughout the project lifecycle. This role demands a strategic professional capable of coordinating complex technical deployments, aligning client specifications with procurement logistics, and directing on-site technical teams to achieve a flawless system handover.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Lifecycle Management: Direct and oversee the end-to-end execution of AV, ICT, and ELV projects, ensuring strict adherence to predefined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the principal liaison among the client, internal procurement departments, and field technicians. Facilitate regular site meetings, provide comprehensive progress reporting, and manage client expectations.Procurement & Logistics Alignment: Validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) against schematic designs, monitor equipment procurement schedules, and proactively mitigate risks associated with hardware delivery delays.Site Supervision & Technical Direction: Direct on-site technicians and specialized subcontractors. Provide high-level technical troubleshooting, enforce compliance with engineered drawings, and uphold rigorous site safety protocols.Testing & Commissioning: Oversee the final configuration, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures, and comprehensive commissioning of integrated systems.Project Closeout & Handover: Compile and deliver comprehensive project handover documentation, including As-Built drawings and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and conduct formal system operation training for end-users.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a closely related technical discipline.Proven professional experience in the project management and deployment of commercial AV, ICT, and ELV systems.Comprehensive technical acumen regarding structured cabling, IP-based networks, physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control), and enterprise AV integration.Demonstrated capability in cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and technical team leadership.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.[Optional: Professional certifications such as AVIXA CTS, PMP, CCNA, or manufacturer-specific credentials (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS) are highly advantageous.]Professional BenefitsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities to direct high-value, enterprise-level technical deployments.A structured corporate environment that fosters professional development and technical leadership.
