Project Engineer

Senior Project Engineer (E&I) – Offshore | Confidential Client | Oil & Gas EPC |Opportunity available for an experienced Project Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) to join a leading offshore oil & gas project team delivering complex EPC scopes across offshore assets. This role will suit someone with a strong track record in offshore E&I project execution, particularly across brownfield modifications, installation, and commissioning.Key Highlights:Lead full lifecycle delivery: engineering → procurement → installation → commissioningWork on major offshore platform projectsInvolvement in multidisciplinary coordination (E&I, mechanical, structural, piping)Exposure to international offshore standards and high-profile clientsCore Responsibilities Developing execution plans, schedules, and method statementsManaging procurement, MTOs, and vendor coordination (incl. FATs)Leading offshore installation and commissioning activitiesEnsuring compliance with HSE and offshore regulatory standardsQualification & Experience Required:10+ years’ experience in offshore oil & gas projectsStrong EPC background with hands-on E&I scope deliveryExpertise in UPS systems, instrumentation, and commissioningExperience with offshore standards (API / ISO / IEC – hazardous areas)Proven ability to manage vendors, interfaces, and offshore executionADNOC project experience is a strong advantagePMP certification is beneficialApply directly by sending your CV to elle.tyler@talentspecialist.org
