Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in the Project Management function within our Operations department. This role reports to the Project Manager and is part of our Operational Excellence division.About The Role:As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of customer and capital operational projects across the organization. You will serve as a key interface between customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, within scope, time, and budget, while aligning with operational goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead assigned projects from PO receipt to close-out, including scheduling, execution, monitoring, and reportingConduct project kick-off meetings and facilitate alignment between internal departmentsMonitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely progress per contractual commitmentsReview technical documents, drawings, and specifications for compliance with customer requirementsCoordinate procurement activities, material status, and delivery schedulesManage project scope changes and prepare variation orders and contractual change requestsResolve technical and project-related issues through cross-functional collaborationFacilitate project status review meetings and maintain progress recordsProvide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure financial tracking of project costsAddress customer feedback promptly and document lessons learnedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in a Project Engineer role within manufacturing or industrial settingsStrong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management toolsEffective English communication skills (written and verbal)Demonstrated skills in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude
