Project Engineer

About Us:We are a leading real estate development company, recognized for delivering exceptional projects globally and setting new benchmarks in the industry.This candidate will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing infrastructure projects to ensure that contractors deliver the works according to the contract requirements, approved specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule.The ideal candidate will be required to support the Senior Project Manager in the planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of development projects from design through construction and handover, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, project schedules, quality standards, authority regulations, and company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the day-to-day management of assigned projects and provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager.Monitor contractor, consultant, and supplier performance against approved programs, milestones, and contractual obligations.Review project progress reports, schedules, recovery plans, and look-ahead programs, and identify potential delays and risks.Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely review and approval of technical submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, and authority submissions.Follow up on authority approvals, permits, NOCs, inspections, and utility connections with relevant stakeholders.Attend site inspections and progress meetings with contractors, consultants, master developers, and authorities, and prepare meeting minutes and action trackers.Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project procedures.Assist in reviewing variation orders, claims, extension of time requests, and commercial submissions, and provide technical recommendations.Coordinate with internal departments including Design, Procurement, Commercial, Legal, CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Handover teams to support project requirements.Maintain project documentation, correspondence, approvals, and records in accordance with company procedures.Track project risks, issues, and outstanding actions and ensure timely resolution through coordination with relevant parties.Support the preparation of management reports, KPI reports, project dashboards, and executive presentations.Assist in project handover activities, authority closeout requirements, as-built documentation, and final completion procedures.Ensure compliance with master developer requirements, construction management plans, logistics plans, and project-specific regulations.
