Project Engineer

Rayfitout Contracting LLC is a leading interior fit-out and construction company in Dubai, delivering high-end residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and support seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate interior fit-out, civil, and MEP projects.Review shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.Prepare and update project schedules, daily reports, and resource plans.Conduct site inspections, manage RFIs, and ensure quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Support the Project Manager in client coordination and documentation.Requirements:5+ years of experience in fit-out, civil, and MEP projects.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project reporting tools.Strong knowledge of high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.UAE/GCC experience preferred; immediate joiners highly preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesHealth insurance and annual leaveCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesCollaborative, high-performance work cultureJob Type: Full-time
