قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole: Project Engineer - Integrated Security SystemsLocation: Amsterdam (with European travel)Salary: €60-€70,000 + benefitsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ICTS Project Engineer to join a growing team delivering integrated security solutions across a range of high-profile projects throughout Europe.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in electronic security systems who enjoys taking ownership of projects, leading installation teams, and working directly with clients to deliver successful project outcomes.The role offers the chance to work on technically challenging projects while travelling across Europe and developing your expertise within the security industry.Key ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned security projects from installation through to completion.Work closely with project managers and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.Lead installation teams on site, acting as the senior engineer and supervising both employed engineers and subcontractors.Ensure all installations comply with project designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.Plan and coordinate installation activities, materials, and resources throughout each project.Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to provide regular project updates and resolve technical issues.Support the installation and project management of smaller works where required.Mentor and support junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and promoting best practice.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and help deliver projects efficiently and profitably.Travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe, including periods of working away from home.RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should have:Proven experience as a Project Engineer, Senior Installation Engineer, or similar position within the electronic security industry.Strong technical knowledge of integrated security systems, including:CCTVAccess ControlIntruder Alarm SystemsIntegrated Security Management SystemsExperience supervising installation teams on live projects.Strong understanding of installation standards, technical drawings, and system specifications.Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships with clients and colleagues.A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe and stay away from home when required.Full UK driving licence.What's on Offer25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Company pension scheme.Private medical insurance.Annual health and wellbeing screening.Employee Assistance Programme with 24/7 wellbeing support.Life assurance (4x salary).The opportunity to work on major, technically challenging projects across Europe.Ongoing training and career development within a specialist security engineering environment.
