Hiring: Project Engineer | Villas Construction | UAELocation: United Arab EmiratesA well-established Turkish company who has core business of Contracting, wants to hire a highly organized and proactive Project Engineer to join our team and support the successful execution of premium villa construction projects across the UAE.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can proactively coordinate engineering, procurement, and site execution while ensuring all project stakeholders remain aligned. The ideal candidate is technically strong, organized, and capable of driving construction activities efficiently from planning through execution.The Project Engineer serves as the central coordination point on-site, bridging the gap between project management, engineering design, procurement, and construction execution. This role is critical in ensuring that all project activities, materials, drawings, and approvals are fully synchronized ahead of construction, enabling smooth project delivery across multiple villa units.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily project activities between the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, procurement team, and site engineers.Ensure all construction drawings, technical documents, and approvals are available before execution.Review IFC drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve technical issues.Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely material delivery in line with the construction schedule.Monitor project progress against approved timelines and report any delays or risks.Prepare look-ahead schedules and track engineering deliverables.Coordinate inspections, consultant approvals, and authority requirements.Maintain accurate records of RFIs, submittals, material approvals, and project documentation.Support planning, cost control, and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.Work closely with site teams to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues to maintain project momentum.Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders throughout execution.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.8–12 years of total construction experience.Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in villa or residential building construction is a must.Fluency in English (Turkic language is an advantage).Strong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering coordination, and project documentation.Experience managing multiple villa units simultaneously is highly preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred), and Microsoft Office.Excellent coordination, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Opportunity to work on prestigious villa development projects in the UAE.Professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative environment.📩 Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply by submitting their updated CV at cv@klayhr.com .
