As an approved applicator partner for leading global manufacturers including Sika, BASF, Henkel, Mapei, and Weber, Cascata is committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions through technical expertise, certified systems, and professional project execution.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage projects from technical review through final handover, working within our structured site team to ensure consistent quality, technical excellence, and compliance throughout all project phases.Key Responsibilities* Review technical drawings and specifications for insulation, protective systems, and related engineering works.* Manage on-site execution in coordination with Site Supervisors and technical teams.* Ensure compliance with QHSE standards under our ISO 9001/14001/45001 framework.* Conduct site inspections and prepare technical and progress reports for management and clients.* Liaise directly with contractors, consultants, and clients on technical matters.* Support quantity takeoffs and material specification for accurate project costing.* Coordinate with the Draughting Team on technical documentation as needed.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.* Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in insulation, construction, or related engineering projects.* Valid UAE driving license (required).SkillsTechnical* Strong knowledge of insulation materials, protective systems, and engineering applications.* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.* Familiarity with QHSE compliance standards.Soft Skills* Strong site coordination and team management.* Clear written and verbal communication (English required; Arabic is a plus).* Problem-solving under time and site pressure.What We Offer* Accommodation provided.* Medical insurance.* Company phone line.* Company vehicle.* Opportunity to work with a triple ISO-certified company on large-scale, high-profile projects.* Collaborative, structured team environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV via the company’s Inbox with the subject line “Project Engineer Application.”
