Project EngineerJob in BriefAre you an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in the Construction, Contracting, Aluminium, Glass or Façade industry?Do you have a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects, manufacturing, engineering or operational excellence while working with multidisciplinary teams?Our client is a leading UAE-based specialist in architectural aluminium, glass, façade engineering and metal fabrication solutions with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility delivering landmark projects across the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor façade, aluminium and glazing projects from engineering through fabrication, installation and final handover.Review project drawings, specifications and contract documents to ensure accurate project execution.Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, QA/QC and Site teams to achieve project milestones.Prepare and monitor project schedules, material requirements and resource plans.Track project progress and ensure activities are completed within approved timelines and budgets.Attend client, consultant and internal coordination meetings to discuss project progress and technical matters.Monitor material deliveries, fabrication status and site installation activities to avoid project delays.Resolve technical and operational issues in coordination with internal departments and project stakeholders.Ensure all project activities comply with client specifications, company quality standards and HSE regulations.Review shop drawings, material submittals and technical documents before project execution.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports for management and clients.Required Qualification / Experience / SkillsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering or similar.Minimum 4 years of experience in the Contracting, Aluminium, Glass or Façade industry, including experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project coordination role.Good knowledge of architectural aluminium systems, curtain wall, glazing, fabrication processes and site installation activities.Experience on high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, airports, stadiums, or hospitality projects is often preferred.Site / field engineering experience is highly valued.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, project specifications and contract documents.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and project management software.
