Their responsibilities include coordinating operations between sales, marketing, engineering, and production teams, as well as tracking project progress to ensure alignment with customer needs and industry standards.Project Management: Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the progress of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.Team Coordination: Effectively coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure the project is executed according to the specified standards.Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to management, including challenges and opportunities for improvement.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on the project timeline and workflow.Document Review: Review all technical documents, contracts, and drawings to ensure they align with project requirements and quality standards.Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and confirm that the project meets their needs.Safety and Legal Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety goals and relevant legal requirements throughout the project.Client Requirements Interpretation: Analyze and interpret client requirements and provide appropriate engineering solutions.Engineering Problem-Solving: Identify engineering issues that may arise during the project and apply suitable solutions to resolve them.Workload Organization: Evaluate, organize, and prioritize the workload to ensure tasks are completed within the scheduled timeline.Coordination with External Contractors: Communicate with external contractors to ensure all equipment meets the project’s technical requirementsSkillsAcademic and professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)Experience:At least 2 to 4 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in the transformers or heavy electrical equipment sector.Skills & KnowledgeFamiliarity with international technical standards such as IEC, SASO, and SEC.Strong project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Proficient in engineering software and project management tools such as MS Project or AutoCAD.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with international technical standards such as IEC, SASO, and SEC.Strong project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
