Job Description – Project Engineer Position SummaryManage and coordinate all fit-out works to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise fit-out construction activities.Monitor project progress, schedules, quality, and costs.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Resolve technical and site-related issues.Prepare progress reports and support project handover.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.8–12 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably luxury hotels, commercial, or high-end residential developments.Strong knowledge of fit-out construction, finishing works, and project coordination.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
