Project Engineer

We are looking for a Project Engineer to strengthen the engineering and project delivery team.In this position, you will play a key role in preparing and coordinating technically complex offshore works. You will bridge engineering design and offshore execution, ensuring that all technical documentation, equipment planning, and operational readiness are aligned before mobilization.Key responsibilitiesTranslating project scopes into detailed technical work packagesPreparing method statements and execution proceduresDeveloping lifting concepts, including calculations and technical drawingsCoordinating scopes related to access systems, structural works, and subsea support activitiesPreparing material take-offs and defining required equipmentAttending yard visits and site inspections; documenting findings and follow-up actionsSupporting offshore mobilization phases and ensuring readiness prior to executionLiaising with subcontractors and resolving technical challengesSafeguarding HSE and documentation standards throughout the project lifecycleAssisting the Project Manager with progress tracking and technical reportingYour profileBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Naval EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in offshore project engineeringStrong background in offshore construction and heavy lifting operationsPractical offshore experience is highly preferredConfident reviewing and producing technical documentationProficiency in AutoCADStructured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreamsWilling to travel offshore when required (typically short rotations once or twice per year)Fluent in EnglishInterested?Apply directly via the vacancy, or send your CV to aleyna@madisonpeople.com
