In this role, you'll play a crucial part in planning, executing, and coordinating engineering projects from conception through completion. You'll work collaboratively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet project objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. If you're organized, analytical, and passionate about driving projects to successful completion, we'd love to hear from you.Coordinate and oversee the execution of engineering projects, ensuring seamless integration of design, procurement, and construction activitiesPrepare, review, and manage technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and comprehensive engineering documentationCollaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to facilitate smooth project delivery and resolve technical challengesMonitor project progress against established schedules and budgets, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectivesSupport procurement activities by evaluating materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements to ensure quality and cost-effectivenessEnsure strict compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, quality assurance/quality control procedures, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) standardsParticipate in project planning, resource allocation, construction sequencing, and scheduling activities to optimize project deliveryPrepare detailed progress reports, site records, technical correspondences, and project status updates for stakeholder communicationManage project interfaces and coordinate between various disciplines to resolve technical and construction-related issues efficientlySupport commercial and contractual matters, including variations, claims, and comprehensive project documentationConduct site inspections and quality monitoring to verify compliance with specifications and standardsAttend stakeholder meetings and provide technical guidance and support to site teams and project personnelQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering disciplineMinimum 8-12 years of professional experience in project engineering, project coordination, or construction project managementProven experience in executing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects or similar complex engineering initiativesStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and best practices in project coordinationDemonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing technical submittals, method statements, material approvals, and project reportsSolid understanding of project controls, scheduling, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirementsExperience in risk management, budget management, and cost control within project environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management softwareExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative environmentsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset with attention to detailExperience in vendor and supplier managementFamiliarity with FIDIC contract conditions is preferredPrior experience in the UAE or GCC region is preferredValid UAE Driving License is preferred
