The role is responsible for coordinating technical and administrative activities, monitoring project schedules and deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication across all project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager in day-to-day project planning, coordination, and executionMonitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completionFollow up on purchase orders and coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and site teamsPrepare regular project status reports for management and client reviewCoordinate submission, tracking, and approval of technical documentsMaintain accurate records of spare parts and punch-list itemsMonitor and follow up on the closure of pending technical and administrative issuesParticipate in client and contractor meetings, representing project interests as neededSupport the resolution of engineering and project-related issues in coordination with technical teamsReview project invoices for accuracy and alignment with contractual termsMaintain effective, professional communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departmentssite-based, rotational, or requires relocation across those five cities, since candidates will want that clarity upfrontQualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience: 0–5 years (fresh graduates and early-career engineers welcome to apply)Saudi National onlySkills: Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Professional, well-presented demeanor suited to client-facing interactionsWillingness to work across multiple project site locations
