AV Media Networks partners with leading international OEMs in the audio-visual and unified communication space to provide high-quality, scalable solutions.Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering AV and unified communication projects from design through implementation. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project requirements, preparing technical designs and system schematics, supporting project planning, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely execution. The role involves supervising installation and commissioning activities, conducting system testing and troubleshooting, and documenting project progress and technical details. The Project Engineer will also assist in resource estimation, risk identification, and quality control, while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and support successful handover and post-installation support is expected.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to AV and unified communication systems.Candidates should possess effective Project Management and Project Planning skills for scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Candidates should possess practical experience with AV system design, installation, testing, and troubleshooting.Relevant technical degree or diploma (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline) is preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) and basic project documentation practices.Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site at client locations as needed.
