Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Proven experience in the successful delivery of high-rise building projects is mandatory.Previous experience working on Emaar projects will be a distinct advantage.8+ years background with UAE-based contracting companies, including site execution, project coordination, and project delivery.Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, contract administration, and stakeholder management.Ability to effectively coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.Arabic language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.G+ Unlimited approval/certification is highly preferred.
