Project executionTake day-to-day responsibility for coordinating the project from mobilization through completion.Understand the complete scope and contract requirements.Review drawings and specifications.Establish priorities with the Project Manager.Coordinate daily site activities.Monitor actual progress against programme.Identify delays immediately.Coordinate recovery actions.
